A Stylish Home In the Heart of Groningen, NL
Per 1 december 2018 zullen wij de deuren openen van deze schitterende accommodatie gelegen aan de rand van hrtje centrum Groningen. Waar u in stilte kunt genieten aan de rustige Prinsenstraat maar nooit meer dan een blokje om verwijderd bent van het gezellige stadscentrum van Groningen. Het appartement is ideaal gelegen: vlakbij de Herestraat, 5 minuten lopen van het centraal station en 5 minuten lopen van onze befaamde Martini-toren.
Het appartement dat gerenoveerd is en met zorg zal worden ingericht, heeft na een mooi gezellige ruime woonkamer met open keuken een eigen aparte slaapvertrek voor 2 personen, eventueel met gebruik van een vouwbed uit te breiden voor gebruik voor 3 personen. Via de keuken komt men in de aschtergelegen moderne badkamer met toilet en toegang tot douche met shortdouche.

Terugbetaalbare borg
Bij aankomst is een borg van EUR 150 verplicht. U ontvangt uw gehele borg terug bij het uitchecken, mits er geen schade is toegebracht aan de accommodatie.
Kinderen en extra bedden
Kinderen van alle leeftijden zijn welkom.
Voor kinderen tot 16 jaar oud geldt een toeslag van 10 EUR per nacht voor het gebruik van extra bedden.
Voor alle extra oudere kinderen of volwassenen geldt een toeslag van 20 EUR per nacht voor het gebruik van extra bedden.
Maximum aantal extra bedden in een kamer: 1.
Extra bedden zijn altijd op aanvraag en moeten bevestigd worden door de accommodatie.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen tijdens het verblijf apart betaald te worden.

De locatie is top, om de hoek begint de winkelstraat al, veel restaurantjes in de buurt.
Prima locatie op loopafstand van centrum en Groninger Museum. Erg rustig gelegen
Heel fijn appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn als je alleen of met zn 2en een weekendje naar Groningen gaat. Met 2 minuten lopen ben je in het centrum. Gemakkelijk contact met de verhuurder, in- en uitcheck tijd was erg flexibel. Aanrader!
